- Found faulty but the unit is not functioning correctly.
One
of our customer service team will contact you with the test result and quote
the repair cost.
If
instructed our customer service representative will then advise the technical
team to proceed with the repair.
If
the unit is successfully repaired we will then test the unit again to ensure
the unit is now functioning correctly
One
of our customer service team will contact you again with the repair outcome
Payment
will then be taken for the repair cost and carriage.
The
unit will be packaged with the original test report and despatched back to you.
- Found faulty & beyond repair:
Unfortunately
on some occasions our technical team may determine that the unit cannot be
repaired due to severity of the fault.
If
the unit cannot be repaired you would not be charged for the test or attempted
repair.
One
of our customer service team will contact you to advise of this.
If a
reconditioned unit is available it will be offered and the cost of the
replacement unit quoted.
If
instructed our customer service representative will then advise the technical
team to prepare the reconditioned replacement unit.
Once
prepared one of our customer service team will contact you again to advise the
unit is ready to be despatched.
Payment
will be taken for the reconditioned replacement unit and carriage.
The
unit/units will be packaged with the original test report and despatched back to you.
