Getting your unit to us:

Once you have confirmed that we can test and possibly repair your existing unit, print the fault form below or complete the form on line and email it to us using the link provided, making sure you include a copy of this with your unit, along with any additional items we have requested.

On receipt of your form, a member of our Customer Services Team will call you as soon as they become available to discuss either your enquiry, or in the case of a faulty unit whether you would like us to arrange a possible collection. Alternatively, we will advise what further options may be available to you.

When sending us your unit, securely package the item/items and clearly address as below:

For local customers, we may even be able to offer a same day service by pre-arranging to bring your unit into our workshop reception in Annesley. Alternatively, if you require further advice or you want us to arrange collection of your unit from the UK, contact our customer service team who will be happy to help or advise.

We can collect or deliver in the UK at a charge of approx £10.00 each way (excluding VAT).

Collections arranged via us before 13:00 will, in most places within the UK, be collected the same day.

Delivery charges to Europe and the rest of the world will be quoted when weights and dimensions are known.

Payment Options:

Credit/Debit Card:

One of the quickest forms of payment is by credit card.  NB: We do not accept AMEX.

Alternatively, if you prefer you can pay by bank transfer.

Please note : The unit will only leave us when the payment has appeared in our bank account.

If you are a trade customer you may wish to apply for a credit account. Our Customer service team can advise you on this. We do not accept cash on collection.

Returning your unit:

Once payment has been confirmed the unit will be despatched or exported.

We despatch to the UK at a charge of approx £10.00 (excluding VAT).

Europe and the rest of the world can be quoted when the weight and the dimension of the package are known.
